The earlier the better to secure your date, however we will try our best to accommodate last minute bookings.
For Grab and Go's please try to order one week in advance.

How Far in Advance Do I Need To Order?

To secure your date a minimum of $100 Non Refundable deposit is required depending on the scale of the event.

Is a Deposit Required for Booking?

Prices do not include Tax, Set Up, and Delivery.

Are There Any Additional Fees?

For Installs Our Minimum is $350 except for Ardsley and Dobbs Ferry. There is no minimum on our grab and go orders.

Do You Have An Order Minimum?

We are located in Ardsley NY and service all of Westchester County, parts of the Bronx, and Rockland County. If you are interested in our services and live in NYC, Dutchess County, Putnam County, or Lower New Jersey please contact us.

What Areas Do You Service?

Chasing Dreams uses the highest quality balloons and materials. Indoor setups can last weeks, even months. However, We cannot guarantee your balloons will last once they have been delivered or picked up. Environmental factors, including weather, children, pets,surfaces, hot or cluttered car conditions, grass and foliage can jeopardize the lifespan of our garlands. We will replace anything we pop in transportation or during setup.

How Long Do Your Balloons Last?

Grab and Go Garlands are the perfect budget friendly alternative to a custom install. You pick your colors and we create a beautiful garland that is picked up, hung, and styled by you? Hanging materials and instructions are included.
